Refund policy

Didn’t love what you ordered? No need to worry! We are happy to accept online returns within 15 days from your original purchase date, providing you with options for a full refund, an exchange for an item of equal value, or even store credit if you prefer. Please note that items returned after the 15-day return period will not be eligible for a refund or exchange under any circumstances. For items to qualify for return, they must be in undamaged and clean condition, as per our policy.

To initiate a return, simply email Support@kindfullthings.com with your order number included in the message. We’re here to assist you in processing your return and will even provide a free shipping label for the item you wish to return. Just repackage your item carefully and drop it off at your nearest post office. Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing on our end. If your return is accepted, please keep in mind that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your original method of payment.
